If a user receives return-to-work reminders while still off sick, the expected return date is likely set incorrectly. You can update this date to stop the reminders.
š Note: You need HR Admin permissions to update unplanned absence details.
Update the expected return date
Click HR Admin, then click Auditing.
Click All outstanding unplanned absence.
Find the userās absence.
Select the value in Expected first day back.
Enter a new future date.
Press Enter, then click Save.
Understand why notifications occur
The system sends reminders based on the expected return date.
If this date is set too early, reminders are triggered automatically.
Confirm the fix
After updating the date:
Reminders stop until the new expected return date is reached.
You can update the date again if the absence continues.
