Remove a user from the system

Remove a user from Access TeamSeer and disable their access in Access Evo.

If a user leaves your organisation, you should process them as a leaver in Access TeamSeer and then deactivate their access in Access Evo. This ensures their data is handled correctly and access is removed.

šŸ“Œ Note: You need HR Admin permissions to run the leaver wizard and manage users.

Remove the user from Access TeamSeer

  1. Click HR Admin, then click Users.

  2. Run Leaver wizard.

  3. Select the user and enter the leave date.

  4. Complete the wizard.

This updates:

  • The user’s employment status.

  • Their allowance and reporting structure.


Remove access in Access Evo

After processing the leaver:

  1. Go to Access Evo.

  2. Click Members.

  3. Find the user.

  4. Click Actions, then click Deactivate.
