If an employee leaves your organisation, you can run the leaver wizard to update their account, allowance, and reporting lines. This ensures their data is processed correctly and prevents further bookings.
đ Note: You need HR Admin permissions to run the leaver wizard.
Run the leaver wizard
Click HR Admin, then run Leaver wizard.
Click Next, then select the employee and enter the leave date.
Choose whether the user can book further absence, then click Next.
Review and confirm the userâs holiday allowance.
Update any allowance adjustments if needed.
Review other allowances, then click Next.
Confirm the final allowance values.
If the user manages others, assign a replacement manager.
Click Finish.
Confirm access after processing
After you complete the wizard:
The user can still sign in to Access Evo.
They wonât be able to access TeamSeer.
Fix leavers still appearing
If a leaver still appears in TeamSeer:
Allow time for system updates to complete.
Check the leave date is correct.
Confirm the wizard completed successfully.
Understand limitations
You canât process multiple leavers at once using the wizard.
You must update each user individually.
