If a user needs access to HR Admin features or wider system data, you can assign them an HR Manager accessor role. This gives them elevated permissions based on the scope you define.

📌 Note: Only assign HR Manager access to users who should have visibility of sensitive data.

Add a superuser role

  1. Click HR Admin, then click Setup.

  2. Click Accessers, then click Insert.

  3. Select the user in User.

  4. Enter HR Manager in Relationship.

Set access scope

Define what the user can access:

  • For specific access:

    • Enter Group, Location, or User in Scope.

    • Enter the corresponding value in Scope ID.

  • For full access:

    • Enter Company in Scope.

    • Enter the company name in Scope ID.

Save the changes

  1. Click Save.

The user now has HR Manager access based on the scope you selected.

Create the user first

If the user doesn’t exist yet:

  1. Click HR Admin, then click Users.

  2. Run New User wizard.

Then follow the steps above to assign access.
