To give a user full access to the HR Admin area, you can assign HR Manager access. This allows them to view and manage user data across the organisation.
⚠️Important:
HR Manager access allows users to see all employee data. Only assign this to users who need full access.
You need existing HR Manager access to complete these steps.
Add a new user
If the user is a new starter, to add them to the system first, follow the steps below.
Click HR Admin then click Users.
Click New User Wizard.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Grant HR Manager access
Click HR Admin, then click Setup.
Click Accessers, then click Insert.
In the User field, enter the user’s name.
In the Relationship field, enter Manager.
Set the access scope:
To give access to a group, location or individual:
In the Scope field, enter Group, Location, or User.
In the ScopeId field, enter the name.
To give access to the whole organisation:
In the Scope field, enter Company.
In the ScopeId field, enter the company name.
Click Save.
Understand scope restrictions
Your own permissions affect what access you can assign. If your HR Manager access is limited to a specific group or location:
You can only grant access within the same scope.
You can’t give broader access than your own permissions.
Assign Access Evo admin rights
If your system is linked to Access Evo, you may also need to give the user admin access there. This allows them to:
Manage email addresses.
Manage Identity accounts.
Remove HR Manager access
If you need to remove HR Manager access for a user, follow the steps below.
Click HR Admin then click Setup.
Click Accessers then find the user with Manager in the Relationship field.
In the Scope field, enter Delete, then press Enter.
In the ScopeId field, enter Yes, then press Enter.
Click Save.
