Remove TSOS calendar sync and existing entries

Disable TSOS (Outlook sync) and remove previously synced absence entries from users’ calendars.

If you want to turn off TSOS integration, you must first stop new sync activity and then reset existing calendar entries so they are removed from Outlook.

📌 Note: You need HR Admin permissions to update sync settings.

Disable calendar sync

  1. Click HR Admin, then click Setup.

  2. Click Types.

  3. Scroll to Sync with calendar.

  4. Set the value to No for all absence types.

  5. Click Save.


Reset synced calendar entries

  1. Click HR Admin, then click Setup.

  2. Click Sync all employees.

  3. Click Reset now.


Understand how the reset works

  • The reset removes previously synced absence entries.

  • It runs automatically at 7:00 PM (GMT).

  • Since sync is disabled, no new entries are sent to Outlook.


Confirm the result

After the reset:

  • Absences are removed from linked Outlook calendars.

  • No further entries are synced from TeamSeer.


Important considerations

  • Ensure all absence types have sync disabled before running the reset.

  • The reset affects all users.

  • Changes may take time depending on the scheduled run.
