If you need to stop emails reaching users or test how notifications look, you can redirect all system emails to a single address.
📌 Note: This setting applies to all system emails, not individual users.
Redirect system emails
Click HR Admin, then click Setup.
Click Company Data.
Find Redirect Email Address.
Enter the email address you want to use.
Click Save.
Understand how redirection works
All system-generated emails are sent to the specified address.
Original recipients won’t receive notifications while this is enabled.
Turn off email redirection
When you finish testing:
Remove the email address from Redirect Email Address.
Click Save.
Log out of the system.
📌 Note: Logging out helps ensure the change takes effect.
When to use this
Use email redirection when:
Testing absence bookings or approvals.
Reviewing notification content.
Temporarily stopping emails to users.
⚠️ Important: Always disable redirection after use to avoid missed notifications.
