If users can’t log in or don’t receive a welcome email, the process depends on whether your account is linked to Workspace. Most accounts now use Workspace, where users manage their own passwords and don’t need a TeamSeer welcome email.
📌 Note: You need HR Admin permissions to resend or customise welcome emails.
Support user login with Workspace
Most accounts use Access Evo for access and authentication.
Ask the user to go to go.accessacloud.com.
Click Forgot your password? if needed.
Check that the user received an invite from [email protected].
After signing in, click Access button, then select TeamSeer.
Resend an Access Evo invite
If the user can’t access their account:
Check if they accepted their invite.
Resend the Access Evo invite if needed.
Ask your IT team to allow emails from [email protected].
Resend an Access TeamSeer welcome email
Only use this if your account isn’t linked to Workspace.
Click HR Admin, then click Setup.
Click Resend a welcome email.
Select the user.
Click Resend welcome email.
📌 Note: The email may take up to an hour to arrive.
Check if your account uses Access Evo
Click My Admin, then click View another user.
Select the user, then click Account.
If the email address is not editable or shows a Workspace status, the account uses Workspace.
Create a custom welcome email
You can create a custom email if you want to send onboarding information to new users.
Click HR Admin, then click Setup.
Click Welcome email, then click Customise.
Enter a subject in Subject.
Enter the message in the email body.
Choose when to send the email.
If required, select Email me an example when I submit my changes.
Click Submit changes.
Use dynamic fields in emails
You can personalise emails using the following tags:
%firstName%
%surname%
%emailAddress%
%thisYearHolidayQuota%
%allowanceCalculations%
%lineManagerName%
%approversTable%
The system replaces these values when it sends the email.
Understand welcome email limitations
Access Evo accounts don’t require welcome emails for login.
Links in older welcome emails may not work with Access Evo.
Use custom emails for onboarding instead of login instructions.
