The calendar may appear distorted or show incorrect day alignment if your browser zoom or display settings aren’t set correctly.
You can usually fix this by adjusting zoom settings or refreshing your browser.
Reset browser zoom
The most common cause is incorrect browser zoom.
Set your browser zoom to 100%.
Refresh your Access TeamSeer page.
If the issue continues:
Close your browser.
Reopen it and load Access TeamSeer again.
Check display scaling settings
Display scaling on your computer can also affect how the calendar renders.
Right-click on your desktop.
Click Display settings.
Check the scaling setting.
⚠️ Important: The Access TeamSeer calendar may not display correctly at higher scaling levels, such as 125%.
If you’re unsure about changing this setting, contact your IT team before making changes.
