Standard bank holiday dates are updated automatically as part of the yearly system update. If you can’t see next year’s bank holidays yet, they’ll be added before the end of the current calendar year.
Check default bank holidays
Default bank holidays are managed through system work layers. To check them, follow the steps below.
Click HR Admin, then click Users.
Click View default work layers.
This shows all standard work layers, including bank holidays.
📌 Note: Bank holidays for the upcoming year may not appear until later in the current year.
Fix incorrect or missing bank holidays
If dates appear incorrect, for example, showing the wrong bank holiday dates, check the following:
Check if the system update has been applied yet.
Confirm you’re viewing the correct year.
If you need immediate changes, you can manage your own bank holidays.
Add or update custom bank holidays
You can create or adjust your own bank holidays without waiting for the system update. To do this:
Add a custom bank holiday layer.
Update dates to match your organisation’s requirements.
