If a user’s holiday entitlement is rounding down when it should round up (or vice versa), you can update the round method in the allowance profile.
📌 Note: You need HR Admin permissions to update allowance profiles.
Update the round method
Click HR Admin, then click Setup.
Click Allowance Profiles.
Select the relevant allowance profile.
Update the Round Method.
Press Enter, then click Save.
Understand round method options
For daily profiles:
Round to nearest value.
Round up or down.
Round to half day or full day.
For hourly profiles:
Round to minute, half hour, or hour.
Round up, down, or to nearest value.
Understand the impact
Changing the round method affects prorated calculations.
Suggested allowances may change for multiple users.
📌 Note: The system won’t automatically apply these new values.

After changing the round method:
Review suggested allowances.
Apply updates where needed to align with the new calculation.
