If you need to track activity in TeamSeer, you can use the built-in auditing tools. These reports provide visibility into absence activity, user access, and rollover history.

Access auditing reports
Click HR Admin, then click Auditing.
Select the required report.
Available audit reports
Absence requests and approvals (last 7 days)
Shows recent absence activity for all users.
Includes requests, approvals, and cancellations.
Absence requests and approvals (specific user)
Shows full history for a single user.
Includes who requested and approved each absence.
User sign-in history
Tracks when individual users sign in to the system.
Group sign-in history
Shows login activity by group.
Rollover archive history
Provides a breakdown of rollover calculations.
Shows how allowances were calculated for each year.
Understand audit limitations
Auditing mainly focuses on absence activity and access.
Configuration changes (such as setup or profile updates) arenāt fully tracked.
