Audit options available in Access TeamSeer

Understand what audit reports are available and what information you can track in the system.

If you need to track activity in TeamSeer, you can use the built-in auditing tools. These reports provide visibility into absence activity, user access, and rollover history.

Access auditing reports

  1. Click HR Admin, then click Auditing.

  2. Select the required report.


Available audit reports

Absence requests and approvals (last 7 days)

  • Shows recent absence activity for all users.

  • Includes requests, approvals, and cancellations.

Absence requests and approvals (specific user)

  • Shows full history for a single user.

  • Includes who requested and approved each absence.

User sign-in history

  • Tracks when individual users sign in to the system.

Group sign-in history

  • Shows login activity by group.

Rollover archive history

  • Provides a breakdown of rollover calculations.

  • Shows how allowances were calculated for each year.


Understand audit limitations

  • Auditing mainly focuses on absence activity and access.

  • Configuration changes (such as setup or profile updates) aren’t fully tracked.


Choose the right report

  • Use absence audits to investigate requests and approvals.

  • Use sign-in history to track access.

  • Use rollover history to review allowance calculations.
